Overview
The Moonbyte Digital Referral Program rewards people who introduce new businesses to Moonbyte Digital Ltd. By submitting a referral, you agree to these Referral Terms.
Who Can Participate
Anyone aged 18 or over may participate in the Referral Program, unless prohibited by law or by an existing agreement with Moonbyte Digital Ltd.
Eligible Referrals
A referral is eligible if:
• The business is not already a Moonbyte Digital client.
• The business is not already in active discussions with Moonbyte Digital.
• The referral is submitted before we begin working with the business.
• The referred business becomes a paying client.
Your Reward
For every successful referral, you'll earn 10% of eligible revenue generated by that client, up to a maximum reward of £1,000 per referred business.
Eligible Revenue
Referral rewards are calculated using payments successfully received by Moonbyte Digital for our services.
Eligible revenue excludes:
• VAT
• Advertising spend
• Third-party software or subscriptions
• Hardware purchases
• Third-party costs
• Refunded or unpaid invoices
Payment Schedule
Rewards are calculated as eligible payments are received and are paid quarterly. Once a total reward of £1,000 has been paid for a referred business, no further referral rewards will be payable for that business.
Duplicate Referrals
If multiple people refer the same business, the first valid referral received by Moonbyte Digital will be eligible for any reward.
Referral Permission
Please only refer businesses that are happy to hear from us. By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have permission, or another lawful basis, to share the contact details you provide.
Referral Acceptance
Moonbyte Digital reserves the right to accept or reject any referral at its sole discretion. Submitting a referral does not guarantee that the business will become a client or that a reward will be payable.
Fraud & Abuse
Moonbyte Digital reserves the right to refuse rewards where referrals are fraudulent, misleading, duplicated, generated through spam, or where a genuine introduction has not been made.
Taxes
You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes that may be due on referral rewards you receive.
Changes to the Referral Program
Moonbyte Digital may amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Program or these Referral Terms at any time. Any changes will not affect rewards that have already been earned before the changes take effect.
Limitation of Liability
Moonbyte Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the Referral Program.
